Lillet 50/50 Martini

Unlike the traditional martini, the 50/50 martini includes equal parts spirit and aperitif. Our version calls for Lillet Blanc and gin. Like a classic martini, we recommend stirring – not shaking – the 50/50 martini with ice. Pair with fresh oysters!

1 1/2 parts Lillet Blanc
1 1/2 parts Monkey 47 Gin
Lemon twist

Cocktail recipe

  1. Combine Lillet Blanc and Monkey 47 Gin in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until cold and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. Squeeze the lemon twist over the drink to express its oils, then drop it into the glass.
