Ingredients: 40ml Lillet Rosé; 40ml Amaro Ramozzotti; 80ml Club Soda; 1 dash of lemon juice; 1 dash of simple syrup; a slice of strawberry

Lightly muddle the ½ strawberry at the bottom of a shaker. Add the additional ingredients to the shaker, add ice and shake. Strain into a highball glass with cubed ice. Top with club soda. Stir to incorporate all ingredients .Garnish with remaining strawberry half and serve with a straw.

Cocktail recipe

To be served directly in a wine glass.
Pour 4cl of Lillet Rosé into a glass full of ice cubes.
Top it with 4cl of Amaro Ramozzotti then add 8cl of Club Soda and 1 dash of lemon juice.
